This set has about 20 spikes per eye, all placed on the bottom layer to show how dramatic they can be without stacking. They’re crazy lightweight (about the same as a 3D .07), and the base is super tiny thanks to the laser printing. They are so easy to work with, it feels like applying classics or premades.

I always start by asking what my client likes and doesn’t like, both verbally and visually. If they bring in a reference photo or like one of the maps from the @lostartistrylash mapping booklet, I use it as inspiration—not a blueprint. I look at where the length hits on her eye, how her lashes naturally grow and curl, and how her eye shape compares to the photo. Mapping is never copy and paste.

The goal isn’t just lashes. It’s balance, lift, and that effortless “something’s different but I can’t put my finger on it” vibe.

Foam tape is my go-to. It creates the perfect seal on the eye, reducing irritation and giving me that subtle lift I need to get the cleanest application possible. I order my 3M foam tape off Amazon and cut the pads using grooming scissors for the cleanest cut!

For this set, I taped up to reach the bottom layer. This is not something I always do, but she had a lot of layers and this helped cut down on time without sacrificing quality. I love the tape from @thelashritual for this method!

And yes… that part where I check for stickies might look intense. But after years of lashing, this method is safe, efficient, and works best for me. No lashes left behind!
